I dunnot what it all means. Too many words. Something about the huge US foreign debt threatens the financial stability of the global economy, because we'll have a debt of 40% of our total economy within a few years, playing havoc with the value of the dollar and international exchange rages. Blah blah blah. The Fair and Balanced Whiite House says "alarmist".
